Our residential roofing work in Santa Fe spans the full range of the city's architectural diversity. We replace flat roofs on historic Pueblo Revival adobes in the Eastside and Canyon Road neighborhoods, install new standing seam metal roofing on contemporary homes in Eldorado and Las Campanas, repair shingle roofs in south Santa Fe's newer subdivisions, and handle emergency leak repairs across every neighborhood. We also regularly serve homeowners in Española, Los Alamos, White Rock, Pojoaque Valley, and Tesuque.
For commercial roofing, we work on retail centers and office buildings along Santa Fe's Cerrillos Road corridor, apartment complexes and multi-family properties throughout the metro area, and industrial and institutional facilities in the broader Northern New Mexico region. We have completed commercial roofing projects in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and regularly travel for the right commercial projects.
Our stucco work ranges from targeted crack repair on individual walls to complete exterior re-stucco on large residential and commercial properties. In Santa Fe, we frequently work on older adobe homes that need moisture damage remediation, crack repair from thermal movement, and fresh finish coats to restore their exterior appearance. We have deep experience with traditional Portland cement stucco systems and EIFS, and we understand how to work on the historic architecture that gives Santa Fe its distinctive character.
Outside of Santa Fe, we complete stucco projects in Española's older adobe residential neighborhoods, in Los Alamos where freeze-thaw damage is an ongoing issue, and in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho where newer stucco homes often need attention to EIFS systems or failing control joints.
